A completed Heath and Medical record (Parts A&B only) is required for all participants, You can download a copy of the form at Health and Medical Record
Ordeal candidates should register using the Ordeal Candidate registration category. The candidate registration fee covers:
- Registration fees for the event,
- First year Lodge Dues,
- OA Ordeal Sash, OA Handbook and Lodge flap,
- No other registration is needed.
Candidates and/or parents who wish to also register for the optional information session, please go to May Candidate Information Session Registration.
The Pennacook Pass registration category is only for members who have already purchased the 2026 annual pass. If you wish to purchase the pass, please visit the Lodge website Dues page.
All other should use the Ordeal Staff catagory.
